The first bedroom has a safe and its own full private bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Next, step into a huge private patio with lots of greenery! It’s the perfect space to: relax with a cup of coffee and a good book on the couch; chill on the swing, or enjoy a dinner with friends or family at the dining table. Back inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite meals, and a comfy living room with a couch, a cute dining table and a Smart TV that has all the streaming apps. If you need to focus and work, there is a spacious desk that is both practical and comfortable.The apartment also has a full second bathroom and A/C to adjust the temperature to your liking. So don’t worry about the heat, you'll always feel fresh.For those who can’t miss leg day, the building has a gym equipped with all the basics. For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process).* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.* Pets are allowed, but you shall pay $700 MXN per pet for 1-7 days and another $700 MXN for each additional week. You will be charged at the property.
