PRIVACY NOTICE
I. Identity and Domicile.
Miksatuksa, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (the "Controller"), in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Law") and other regulations and guidelines in the matter, hereby informs you of this comprehensive privacy notice (the "Notice") which aims to disclose the terms and conditions of the processing of ordinary, financial, and sensitive personal data that, from time to time, it will require to collect. For the purposes of this Notice, the Controller states as its address Montes Urales 755, Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, 11000, Mexico City, United Mexican States.
II. Personal data subject to processing and its purpose.
All personal information that you provide or make known to the Controller will be used to (i) contact you through various means of communication (chat, telephone, email, among others) to provide promotions, benefits, or discounts; (ii) keep your profile updated in the Controller's database; (iii) make corresponding charges; (iv) make any necessary notifications; (v) provide the requested services or fulfill agreed-upon benefits; (vi) share them for statistical and marketing purposes with individuals with whom we maintain a business relationship; and (vii) comply with the purpose of the relationship that has given rise to the processing of Personal Data (as such term is defined below). For the aforementioned purposes, it is necessary to obtain the following ordinary personal data in order to fulfill the agreed-upon services: (i) full name or corporate name, (ii) nationality, (iii) date of birth, (iv) email address, (v) home, office, and/or cell phone number. Likewise, we will request the following optional information for the aforementioned purposes and to provide a better and more personalized service: (i) gender, (ii) reason for travel, (iii) demographic information, and (iv) Federal Taxpayer Registry key (RFC) (together, the "Personal Data").
III. Means to collect Personal Data.
Personal Data will be collected through email, telephone communication with authorized personnel of the Controller, correspondence, the voluntary provision of information through the following website: www.uliv.mx, and/or the provision of data upon entering the Controller's premises. In the event that, when providing your Personal Data, you are assigned a username and password, the user will be responsible for keeping such information confidential. The Controller suggests not sharing such information with anyone and logging out before leaving a site or service in order to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing your information.
IV. Transfers and purposes.
In order to comply with its legal, contractual, and administrative obligations, the Controller may share Personal Data with third parties (i) with whom it has a contractual, professional, business relationship, or with service providers such as notaries and/or public brokerages, financial, tax, and/or legal advisors, governmental authorities, and insurers; (ii) when required by applicable law or court order; (iii) who, by any mechanism or legal nature, wholly or partially acquire the operation of the Controller; and (iv) who intend to use them for statistical or marketing purposes. Likewise, the Controller may share Personal Data with agents, correspondents, and associated national or foreign firms, which have their own internal policies.
V. Means and procedures to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition.
If you wish to access, rectify, delete, copy, or eliminate your Personal Data or request that we stop using them for certain purposes in accordance with the Law, it will be necessary to contact the Controller by sending an email to the following address: contact@uliv.mx or calling the following phone number: +52 55 5101 9081, specifying your name, address, and the purpose of your request and attaching the documentation proving your identity as the holder of the Personal Data or, if applicable, the legal representation of the holder. After analyzing the request, in accordance with the Law, the corresponding regulation, and the internal privacy policies, a response will be provided no later than 20 (twenty) business days after the day the request is received, and such response may be affirmative or negative, but in any case, it must be justified. The response will be sent to the email provided at the time of making the respective request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are certain Personal Data that may be exempt from such access, rectification, deletion, copying, and elimination, in accordance with certain applicable laws.
VI. Means to limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data.

The Responsible may modify this Notice in order to implement improvements and incorporate new security measures. Any modification to this Notice will be notified through our website contact@uliv.mx or by email. The updated privacy notice will be implemented 5 business days after its publication.
