The common areas are simply unique: they include a lounge rooftop with fun swings, couches and a cozy fire pit. From there you can appreciate a panoramic view of Polanco. You can also spend the morning at the Zen Rooftop (shared with the adjacent building), an ideal space to practice yoga and meditate; an oasis in the middle of the urban surroundings.If you need to work, we offer a Business Center with individual desks and a private meeting room for your Teams calls.And if you want to exercise, you can go to the building’s fully equipped gym. For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process).* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.* Pets are allowed, but you shall pay $500 MXN per pet for 1-7 days and another $500 MXN for each additional week. You will be charged at the property. You must pay with credit or debit card.
