The Neighborhood

The condominium is at an unbeatable location, inside the jungle and surrounded by nature. Best of all, it’s only 10 minutes by car and 15 by bicycle from the “zona hotelera” (hotel zone), where you can enjoy a day at the beach in the beautiful Caribbean Sea. 

In addition, there are a great variety of restaurants with excellent gastronomy and bars nearby.

Also, Tulum’s Downtown is extremely close, just 6 minutes away.

Getting Around

Taxis are available at all times. If you need transportation, make sure to request it to your host.

In case you plan to stay close to the condominium, you can move around on bicycle or scooter.

We also offer transportation service, tour guides, scooter rentals, ATV rentals, bike rentals, SPA sessions, temascals and more. Please inquire within for more information.

Other Thinngs to Note

For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to register (they may be requested before arrival to speed up the process).

• Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.
• In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of $300 USD will be applied.
• We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents.
